Personal training is held in a local gym, outside or in home depending on the client’s needs, goals, ability and workout plan.
To sign up for personal training sessions, click the “training” tab and locate your desired plan then click “book a session”. You will be directed to the Contact Us page to enter your request. Someone will contact you within 48 hours. All sessions require a deposit which from the will be deducted from the total fee.
Rescheduling a missed session is an option for emergency cancellations. However, No call, No show….. No refund.
All changes and cancellations must be received 2 hours prior to start of session via text message (404-932-5666). Unfortunately, late arrivals will lose time lost due to strict schedules.
If you purchase 1FitFem Apparel and you are not 100% satisfied, enter “Request for Refund” on the Contact Us page and we will issue a refund for items unworn or damaged in it’s original package, within 10 days of purchase.
All online orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
Yes! Orders within a 10 mile radius can be picked up from specific locations after purchase. Please complete the form on the Contact Us page with special delivery instructions.
